At BATIK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your handcrafted garment isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place the unworn items with original batik tags attached back into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Label and Ship
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Quality Inspection and Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned items for quality, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
